Are you insured?
Of course, as well as following all health and safety regulations and guidelines we have Public Liability insurance which covers damages up to £1,000,000. We have added extra protection in the form of Treatment Risk and Fidelity Cover.
Do you provide cleaning supplies, equipment etc?
Yes we do. Our cleaning crews are fully equipped with the latest equipment and top quality cleaning materials manufactured by Johnson Diversey™, Premier™ and Seldon™. Our products are all environmentally friendly and biodegradable and our contacts in the cleaning industry allow us to use products that are not usually available to the public.
Do you guarantee your services?
All our cleaning services are backed by an iron clad 100% satisfaction guarantee. We guarantee you a satisfactory result or we will re-clean the disputed areas free of charge.
Do you charge per hour or per job?
Our services are charged by job whereas our domestic regular cleans are charged per hour.
Are there any extra charges e.g. parking, congestion charge?
Yes. In most cases our cleaning operatives use company vehicles which must be parked safely for the duration of the service. If any parking fees or congestion charges occur they will be added to the client's bill.
How long in advance I need to book the service?
We suggest you booked the service at least 5 days in advance in order to get your desired date and time. However we can also provide services at a much shorter notice.
Do I have to be present when your cleaners arrive?
No. We can collect keys from a letting/estate agent near your property, local shop or a neighbour free of charge. We can collect keys from any place within M25.
Pick up locations outside the postcode of the property are subject to a collection fee.
Do you work on Public and Bank holidays? Is it more expensive?
Yes we do work on Public and Bank holidays. Unlike other companies we do not charge more if the service date is a Public/Bank holiday.
